PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER
After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that in some cases, we require a 1 or 2 day handling time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After the orders are packed they will be handed over to your selected carrier. When the order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail where you're able to track your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe is subject to a less reliable tracking service.

We strive to create products that you love, keep for years, and last for a long time, but we understand sometimes returns are necessary. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, if they are unworn, in their original packaging, with labels attached. After receiving your order, we will refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY RETURN?
Returning your item is easy. Here's what you need to do:
1. WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION:
You can return your order by simply logging in and registering your returns at our return page. You can post the items back to us using the address given in the portal. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender, until they are scanned in to our warehouse.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Are you in need of another size? We suggest to return your order and place a new one for the correct size.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM IN THE NEW AMSTERDAM FLAGSHIP STORE?
Items purchased online can only be returned online via our return page. In store purchases can only be returned in store.
