We offer free shipping for all orders above 100 euro within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany Delivery time: 1-3 working days (EUR 5,95)

Western Europe Delivery time: 2-5 working days (EUR 9,95)

Rest of the World Delivery time: 7-10 working days (EUR 29,95)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Shipping costs will be automatically added at the checkout. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier.

PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER

After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that in busy periods, we may require a bit more handling time than usual.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once the orders are packed and ready for dispatch, they will be handed over to the carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking code for your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe is subject to a less reliable tracking service.

If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.

DISCLAIMER

In some occasions New Amsterdam Surf cannot guarantee that every item displayed is available at the time of your purchase. Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you by email. We make every effort to provide accurate images, colours, details, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.

RETURNS

We strive to create products that you love, keep for years, and last for a long time, but we understand sometimes returns are necessary. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, if they are unworn, in their original packaging, with labels attached. Please note, if you would like to return your order the buyer is responsible for the return costs. 

RETURNING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION:

All returns from within the EU can be initiated by simply logging in and registering your returns at our return page. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender, until they are scanned in to our warehouse.

Difficulties returning from your country via our return page? You can always issue a return on your own initiative. Make sure to include your completed return form into the package and send your parcel to the return address stated below.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Unfortunately, different rules apply to returns from abroad. Email us at service@newamsterdamsurf.com and we will provide a commercial invoice (mandatory shipping document for returns outside of the EU).

Please keep your shipping receipt in case there are any problems with the shipping. Returning from outside of the EU is at the customer's own cost. New Amsterdam Surf Association is not responsible for returns that get lost and of which proof of shipment is absent.

RETURN conditions:

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We don’t accept returns on damaged goods later than 6 months after the purchase.
  • Always include a completed return form with your package.
  • Please keep a copy of the tracking number. In case the shipment is lost, you still hold proof that the return has been shipped.
  • Additional incurred costs such as import/export duties for shipments/returns outside of the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded/exchanged and will be sent back to you.
  • The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches New Amsterdam Surf Association and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we processed your return. Within 14 days you will receive the refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match our return policy
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange. Are you in need of another size? We suggest to return your order and place a new one for the correct size.
  • Items purchased online can only be returned online via our return page. In store purchases can only be returned in store.
